Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders over £30 placed within the UK. Service we use for this delivery is Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All other orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48.

Tracking information will be emailed to you.

Delivery charges will be automatically added at the checkout.

At the moment we do not offer international shipping, however, it is subject to change.

All our candles are made to order in a small batch and usually are processed within 1-4 working days. Please allow up to 7 days to process orders during seasonal busy periods and sales events.

You will be notified about the progress of your order and any delays which may occur.

Please ensure your details are correct as we cannot take responsibility for undelivered orders caused by errors in the address.

If this situation occurs, we can arrange re-delivery, however, we reserve the right to extra charge even if the initial delivery was free.

Returns

We make sure all our products are carefully inspected before they are send to you. The full product range is handmade so small imperfections are due to the nature of what we do. Please be advised that we do everything to minimize “frosting” but it may occur, which is a natural effect of using soy waxes.

We have a 14-day return policy. All returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

We only accept exchanges on damaged items.

Please send a photo of the damage and proof of purchase to 325candleshop@gmail.com within 48h of receiving.

If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on the original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank to process the transaction.
